With more than 30 years of litigation experience and as a Certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Richard Lillie has successfully handled numerous criminal defense matters in areas ranging from fraud and computer hacking to drug conspiracies and sex crimes.
 
     In the civil arena, he has handled cases involving employment issues, shareholder disputes, trade secret violations, professional malpractice, conversion, and bad faith.
 
     Richard Lillie served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Cleveland from 1982 to 1987 and also serviced as a Common Please Judge in 1998, having been appointed by then-Governor, United States Senator (Ret.) George Voinovich.
 
     Richard Lillie has also served as Law Director and Assistant Law Director for several Northeast Ohio municipalities, and as a Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General and the Ohio Secretary of State.
 
     Richard Lillie, who holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He has taught classes in trial advocacy and evidence at both law schools for almost two decades.
 
     Richard Lillie is a Life Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He is admitted to practice in Ohio, New York, and the District of Columbia and numerous Federal courts.
 
     Awards:  Lillie has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America, and as a Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America (membership is limited to 3500 Fellows in the nation representing less than one half of one percent of American lawyers.)

Gretchen Holderman has been in practice for 21 years.  She has spent considerable time focusing on criminal, corporate, and municipal law. Her litigation experience is in state and federal court in both civil and criminal cases.
 
     Gretchen Holderman has considerable expertise in research, writing and drafting briefs. She has habeas corpus and post-conviction experience and has prepared and presented numerous appellate briefs and oral arguments in the Ohio District Courts of Appeal and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.  She has also been Assistant Law Director and Legal Advisor to the Village of Grafton, Ohio, which involved the preparation of ordinances and resolutions, contract negotiations, and a variety of personnel matters.
 
     Gretchen Holderman is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
